I left my job as a legal advocate at a large Boston law firm because I was unsatisfied. My company's idea of success was more about money and less about the well-being of the client.
What I did love about my job was the interaction with the people. I'm naturally curious and genuinely interested in hearing everyone's personal story. That still fascinates me 15 years after becoming a consultant.
